Dj Miazu plays Finnish forest sound and among her records you can find plenty of Exogenic music. Along with Suomi sound artists, such as Texas Faggot, Squaremeat, E vs Y and others she is a genre plender and loves to play also sets which contain sounds from other psy- and trance genres. Although the psychedelic trance scene is her original home, she also likes to listen to techy house, progressive trance and other electronic music. 

Dj Miazu searched for an opportunity to become a dj already at the early teens. She applied to a dj course arranged by a youth project. However, she didn't get in as the course organizers didn't approve girls being a djs. As time passed on she found friendly people around her who gave her the possibility and the courage to realize the dream. Now she has played in parties for several years. 

Dj Miazu has been active in organizing Helsinki based Tsunami and other clubs and ug –parties in Finnish forests. Recently she has learned also some making of music. But the deejaying is still the main thing for her as she loves to share the strong and positive feeling with the people on the dance floor.
